照片清理为什么看不到所有照片？
有限授权只允许访问你选定的照片。可在照片工具中管理可访问范围，或到 iOS 设置调整。云端原图不会自动下载，无法读取的资源不会计入可靠大小。
相似或模糊建议一定准确吗？
这些检测是辅助建议，可能漏检或误判。请打开预览核对。默认不勾选照片，批量操作保护收藏；删除前还需 App 与系统确认。
如何撤销照片删除？
请及时查看系统照片 App 的“最近删除”，是否可恢复及保留期限以系统显示为准。清理估算不等于立即释放的实际空间。
如何恢复 Pro 或管理订阅？
进入 Pro 页面恢复购买，使用购买时的 Apple 账号。订阅可在 iOS 设置的 Apple 账号订阅页面管理。退款请通过 Apple 官方渠道申请，开发者无法直接修改 Apple 交易。
为什么 AI 或语音功能不可用？
相关功能取决于系统版本、设备支持、语言及系统模型是否已安装。App 不使用云端回退；必要时按系统提示下载本地语音模型。
如何检查更新与清理历史？
在设置的关于区域手动检查更新；App 启动也会检查一次，查询失败不会干扰使用。未上架或当前地区不可用时无法确认最新版本。在设置的数据区域可清理相关历史，收藏不会被一键清理。
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t cleanup see every photo?
Limited access exposes only selected photos. Manage the allowed selection in the tool or iOS Settings. Cloud originals are not downloaded, and unavailable resources are excluded from reliable size estimates.
Are similarity and blur suggestions always correct?
These are advisory results and may miss or misclassify photos. Preview them first. Photos start unselected, batch selection protects favorites, and deletion requires app and system confirmation.
How do I recover deleted photos?
Check Recently Deleted in the Photos app promptly. Recovery availability and retention are controlled by the system. Estimated size is not the same as immediately reclaimed storage.
How do I restore Pro or manage a subscription?
Restore purchases from the Pro page using the original Apple account. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple; the developer cannot directly modify Apple transactions.
Why are AI or speech features unavailable?
Availability depends on OS version, hardware, language, and installed system models. No cloud fallback is used. Download local speech models when prompted by the system.
How do I check updates or clear history?
Check updates from the About section in Settings. A startup check also runs once without interrupting use on failure. Unreleased or region-unavailable listings cannot confirm the latest version. Clear supported histories in Settings; clearing all history preserves favorites.
