1. 信息处理原则

自驾记用于记录自驾路线、里程与旅途花费。当前版本的核心行程、费用和轨迹数据主要保存在你的设备本地。

1. Data Handling

RoadCost records road-trip routes, mileage, and expenses. In the current version, core trip, expense, and route data is primarily stored locally on your device.

2. 定位信息

当你主动开始一段行程后，自驾记会请求并使用设备定位，用于记录 GPS 轨迹、计算里程，以及在可用时为你主动记录的费用附加位置。

• 在你允许的情况下，可在锁屏或 App 进入后台时继续记录正在进行的行程；
• 暂停或结束行程后，不应继续为该行程持续记录轨迹；
• 你可以随时在系统设置中更改定位权限。

2. Location Information

After you explicitly start a trip, RoadCost uses device location to record GPS tracks, calculate mileage, and, when available, associate a location with an expense you choose to record.

• With permission, active trips may continue recording while the app is in the background or the screen is locked;
• Tracking should stop for that trip when the trip is paused or completed;
• You can change location permission at any time in system settings.

3. 你主动输入的数据

你可以记录行程名称、日期、人数、里程修正、加油、充电、高速、停车、餐饮、住宿、维修、购物、备注等内容。这些信息用于行程管理、费用统计、路线回顾和报告导出。

3. Information You Enter

You may enter trip names, dates, travelers, mileage adjustments, fuel, charging, tolls, parking, food, lodging, maintenance, shopping, notes, and similar trip information. This data is used for trip management, statistics, route review, and report export.

4. 存储、备份与导出

核心数据主要保存在设备本地。你可以主动导出备份或 PDF 报告。通过系统分享功能发送给第三方后，后续处理受相应第三方服务的隐私政策约束。

4. Storage, Backup, and Export

Core data is primarily stored locally. You may export backups or PDF reports. If you share files with a third-party service, subsequent handling is governed by that third party's privacy policy.

5. 地图与第三方服务

地图页面可能访问第三方地图或瓦片服务以加载地图内容。这些服务可能接收完成网络请求所需的信息，例如 IP 地址和请求信息。我们不会主动把你的完整本地行程数据库上传给地图服务提供商。

5. Maps and Third-Party Services

Map screens may access third-party map or tile services. Those providers may receive information needed to fulfill network requests, such as IP address and request metadata. We do not intentionally upload your complete local trip database to map providers.

6. 数据共享与出售

我们不会出售你的个人数据。除非你主动导出或分享内容，或法律法规另有要求，否则我们不会主动把你的本地行程、费用和轨迹数据库提供给无关第三方。

6. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal data. Except when you choose to export or share content, or where required by law, we do not intentionally provide your local trip, expense, or route database to unrelated third parties.

7. 数据删除

你可以在 App 中删除符合条件的行程及相关内容。删除 App 会移除保存在该设备应用容器中的数据，但不会自动删除你此前导出的备份或文件。

7. Data Deletion

You may delete eligible trips and related content in the app. Deleting the app removes data in its local app container, but not backups or files that you previously exported.

8. 儿童隐私

自驾记并非专门面向儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。

RoadCost is not specifically designed for children and does not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information.

9. 政策更新

我们可能因功能、法律或平台政策变化更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并更新生效日期。

We may update this policy to reflect feature, legal, or platform changes. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
