一、用户协议（中文）

1. 接受协议

下载、安装或使用本 App 即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。如不同意，请停止使用并卸载本 App。

2. App 概述

• 画中画（Picture-in-Picture）悬浮时钟
• 100ms 刷新精度时间显示
• 8 套主题（2 套免费 + 6 套 Pro）
• 倒计时、番茄钟、世界时钟
• 服务器时间同步（Pro 功能）

3. 试用与购买

• 首次安装提供 30 天完整功能试用。
• 试用时间戳保存在 iOS Keychain 并加密保护。
• Pro 功能通过 Apple App Store 内购产品 ID vip_unlock 一次性解锁。
• 无订阅、无续费、无消耗型购买。
• 购买权益绑定 Apple ID，可通过恢复购买在其他设备使用。

4. 使用许可

我们授予用户有限、非独占、不可转让、不可再许可的个人非商业使用许可。

禁止：

• 反编译、逆向工程本 App。
• 复制、修改、分发用于商业用途。
• 绕过试用机制，包括修改系统时间、篡改 Keychain、越狱破解。
• 用于违法或侵害他人权益的活动。

5. 试用机制

试用时间戳采用 ChaCha20-Poly1305 加密保存，并结合 CACurrentMediaTime 单调时钟防止系统时间修改。越狱环境可能影响保护机制。

6. 用户行为

用户不得利用本 App 违反法律法规、Apple 服务规则或第三方平台规则。服务器校时功能仅读取公开 HTTPS 时间信息，不代表自动执行平台操作。

7. 服务可用性

• 需要 iOS 15.0 或更高版本。
• 需要支持 Picture-in-Picture 的设备。
• 不保证所有设备、网络环境和未来系统版本始终兼容。

8. 知识产权

本 App 的代码、UI、主题、图标、文案及本地化内容归开发者所有。

9. 免责声明

本 App 按“现状”提供。开发者不承担因秒杀失败、服务器时间误差、网络延迟、系统更新等产生的损失。

10. 责任限制

开发者累计责任最高不超过用户实际支付金额。

11. 终止

用户可以随时卸载本 App。违反协议时开发者有权终止授权。

12. 协议变更

重大变更将在新版 App 中更新，继续使用表示接受更新后的协议。

13. 适用法律

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律，争议优先协商解决，协商失败提交开发者所在地有管辖权法院。

二、Terms of Use (English)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Floating Clock Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. App Overview

• Picture-in-Picture floating clock.
• 100ms precision time display.
• 8 themes including Free and Pro themes.
• Countdown, Pomodoro and World Clock.
• Server time synchronization as a Pro feature.

3. Trial and Purchase

• 30-day free trial after first installation.
• Trial timestamp is encrypted and stored in iOS Keychain.
• One-time non-consumable purchase vip_unlock unlocks Pro features.
• No subscription or renewal.
• Purchase is linked to Apple ID and restorable.

4. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal non-commercial use.

• No reverse engineering.
• No commercial redistribution.
• No bypassing trial protection.
• No illegal use.

5. Trial Mechanism

The trial timestamp is encrypted and protected with monotonic clock checks. Jailbroken devices may affect protection mechanisms.

6. User Conduct

You must comply with applicable laws, Apple services and third-party platform rules. Server time sync only reads public HTTPS time information.

7. Service Availability

The app requires iOS 15.0 or later and compatible Picture-in-Picture devices. Compatibility is not guaranteed for every environment.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, UI, themes, icons and content belong to the developer.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "AS IS". Developer is not responsible for losses caused by missed sales, inaccurate time, network delay or system updates.

10-14. Other Terms

Liability is limited to the amount actually paid. Users may stop using the app at any time. Material changes will be published with future updates. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
