1. 如何开启画中画悬浮时钟？ / How do I start Picture in Picture?

在 App 首页点击“开启悬浮”按钮。请保持 App 在前台，等待画中画窗口出现后再切换到其他 App。
Tap “Start Floating Clock” on the home screen. Keep the app in the foreground until the Picture in Picture window appears.

2. 为什么悬浮窗口没有出现？ / Why did the floating window not appear?

• 确认设备和系统支持 Picture in Picture。
• 如果已有画中画窗口，请先关闭后重试。
• 返回 App 前台再次点击；仍无效时重启 App 或设备。
• Make sure Picture in Picture is supported, close any existing PiP window, retry in the foreground, and restart the app or device if needed.

3. 时间校准和平台访问延迟有什么区别？ / What is the difference between calibration and platform latency?

时间校准优先使用 NTP 标准网络时间估算设备时间偏差；平台访问延迟只检测当前设备访问所选平台公开 HTTPS 地址的耗时，不参与时间偏差计算，也不代表平台交易服务器时间。
Calibration uses NTP standard network time to estimate device-time deviation. Platform access latency only measures access to a public HTTPS address and does not affect calibration or represent transaction-server time.

4. 为什么显示网络波动或备用校时？ / Why does the app show network fluctuation or backup calibration?

网络延迟较高、有效测量不足或不同结果差异较大时，App 会标记网络波动并尽量保留上次有效校准。当前网络无法使用 NTP 时，可能启用精度较低的 HTTPS 备用校时。
High latency or inconsistent measurements can trigger a network-fluctuation state. The app keeps the last valid calibration when possible and may use a less accurate HTTPS fallback if NTP is unavailable.

5. 如何恢复 Pro 购买？ / How do I restore Pro?

打开 Pro 解锁页面并点击“恢复购买”，系统会通过当前 Apple ID 查询已购买权益。
Open the Pro page and tap “Restore Purchases” to check entitlement for the current Apple ID.

6. 卸载重装会重新开始试用吗？ / Does reinstalling restart the trial?

通常不会。试用保护记录保存在 iOS Keychain 中，普通卸载通常不会清除。
Usually no. Trial-protection records are stored in iOS Keychain and ordinarily survive an uninstall.

7. App 会播放后台音频吗？ / Does the app play background audio?

不会。画中画只显示时钟画面，App 不播放静音音频或其他有声内容。
No. Picture in Picture displays the clock only; the app does not play silent audio or audible content.
